I had my grass seeded last fall . A technician came out for another service and we talked about the seeding results which in my opinion weren’t great . He asked me if I contacted the office to share my feelings . I advised I didn’t and that I thought sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t . He suggested I call customer service which I did . To my surprise the representative agreed to touch up / re seed the problem areas at no additional cost ! Now that is excellent customer service !
Three years in a they still can’t treat cinch bugs or stop damage. Very frustrating.

I had natural lawn care of America area in overseeing my lawn 2 weeks ago, is there an unbelievable job they did a Criss-Cross pattern aerating, nice deep plugs. They used a very efficient amount of seed. I've had this service before by another company and they didn't know where near as good a job as natural lawn care . The previous company only took off very shallow plugs in the only one in One direction with a result of almost nothing. Since I had the service from lawn care of America my lawn is filling in wonderfully and it is a beautiful dark green. I have just a few spots that did not germinate yet but it is only been 2 weeks. And they promised me to return if those spots do not fill in. I could not ask for a better results. And as long as my service continues like this in my lawn continues to thrive like this I will be a loyal customer to no one other than lawn care of America! Josh is a dedicated conscience tech that cares about his work in the results and it shows! And Jeff has been beyond helpful and very accommodating every time I call. Thank you Josh thank you Jeff in lawn care ofAmerica! I look forward to doing business with you in the near future!
When we received the original sales pitch, we were told they aim to please and if we werent happy, call and it would be made right. I really wanted to support a company thats more natural. Unfortunately, each time, the guys would come and routinely put down whatever they were told and not pay attention to the lawn itself. Meanwhile, weeds, clover and crab crass were starting to take over. The guys never treated until I called to bring it to attention and by then it was too late. They came out to treat, which did nothing and charged me for it. I canceled the rest of the season as my yard looks no different than my neighbors who do nothing. A manager came out but never called us to tell us what they would do for the money I already spent. Unfortunately, I now have to say it seemed like just another company that our money and left us hanging. Disappointed but hey, sales did a great job convincing us initially. I would appreciate a refund at this point...its the right thing to do. The guys who came out, droped the ball.
This year we have experienced partial applications / skipped areas, burned areas in our yard from spreader stops, late applications, and now July 17th still waiting for a weed application. This after reminding them of services that should be/ should have been scheduled. I hoped this company would be better, but it's the same as all the other lawn service companies. Money down the drain and our yard looks awful. If you are considering this company, keep looking.
