We highly recommend Nathan Natori. He was recommended to us by a lawyer friend, and we had an excellent experience with him. He was very professional, thorough, and had a quick turnaround time in reviewing a business lease contract. Without his expertise and thorough review, we would have ended up with a contract that heavily favored the other party. We would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to others.

Nathan was efficient, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. We went to him for a real estate transaction. He explains his fees and they were less than we expected. He answers emails right away, although he is very busy.

Nathan assisted us with a real estate transaction -a trustee's deed and additional consultation- that was protracted for various reasons relating to pandemic closures and delays. He offered insight and a few options to keep the process moving when the bank and State of Hawaii slowed to a crawl. Mr. Natori was professional and pleasant to work with at all stages. I’d give 10 stars it that was on option here! Nathan was Professional, had fast response time, honest and provided me with straight forward council. This allowed me the opportunity to learn what was going on during the negotiations, then make educated decisions on how to negotiate terms. His help during the negotiations of my commercial lease saved me thousands of dollars! Not only was there the financial benefit of working with Nathan, but I also gained life experience in the area of commercial real estate negotiations. Like any good teacher he Didn’t just tell me what to do but rather opened my eyes to what was going on so I could then make my own educated decisions. If I need any other business advice I will be contacting Nathan again and I recommend his firm to everyone.
