  This store and staff are absolutely amazing!! They are all very polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. They are also very community minded helped us put on community service workshops for our seniors and their mobility equipment. Elisa is utterly wonderful and has a heart of gold!!

  My daughter has CP and has to use a wheelchair to get around and has a porch lift (elevator) that she uses to access her home. This is an older unit and requires service and repairs from time to time, I have found Jessie to be the most reliable & dependable service tech that I have had the pleasure to know. I have had to call upon his service a few times in the past couple of months and has made himself available in a most timely response so my daughter can get into her house. I would definitely recommend Jessie for all your mobility needs. Brian MacKinnon

  As a Parapeligic, NSM has been the best place to go for my mobility needs in Kamloops. Tina has gone out of her way numerous times to make sure my needs and requests have been met. Her knowledge and caring have been much appreciated.
