He explained the problem and solution very well to me and even reviewed and demonstrated the repair to me miles away here in Vernon via FaceTime. I won’t hesitate to request again if needed for a repair. I would also like to point out the great service as well from Katherine on the 'front desk' who handled my call initially, got the initial visit from Miro organized very quickly and then followed the whole process of ordering parts and through the repair until all was done and the chair was operating excellently. Katherine has an excellent phone manner and was a joy to deal with.

Their rehab equipment specialist, Wesley Dykstra, gave multiple visits to my home and let me try various wheelchairs and their accessories. He made a note each time about my limitations and needs.
