Any hold ups we experience are due to insurance processing which is out of their hands. We have used NS&M since they first opened in Anchorage and have never had a bad experiance. I was treated with respect and eagerness to help me with my current needs in a fitting for my new wheelchair, and knowledge about my future needs. They were completely professional and very helpful. I will be forever grateful for the staff and getting my new chair ordered and keeping me updated along the way. I would like to especially give my 💯 appreciation to Wayne. Knowing I live far away he has made the process very easy and cointnues to answer any questions I have to make adjustments I made need to make over the phone. They got the correct paperwork completed & approved, as well as completed the custom chair build, in a very timely manner. We did go to Anchorage instead of waiting for their once-a-month clinics in Soldotna, but the need for a faster turn around outweighed the travel inconvenience, and they were very accommodating.Thanks again, National Seating & Mobility!
