    They were absolutely amazing helped me get the approval my daughter needed for her new cubby bed. Communication between myself and the company was great highly recommended Thank you so much to will and his team

    Awful customer support, they never answer, never return calls, lack keeping the consumer updated in regards to chair status. They have had my grandson’s chair since the middle of August. I keep calling every week and still have yet to get response.

    I hate to be the person to give this kind of review but time and time again this facility shows me how unsupportive they are. I have unfortunately have had to work with them for about 4 years now and they do not make it easy. I am currently waiting about 30 minutes just to talk to someone to schedule a time to come in as my son's seat for his gait trainer has been there for almost 2 weeks now. I have called and left voicemails and not one person has contacted me back. My son also has an adaptive stroller and this past year, one of the pieces of it broke off, it took them 6 months for them to come to my house to repair it and come to find out, the person I spoke to via phone and email ordered the wrong piece for his stroller so we had to wait ANOTHER month or so to get this small piece of his stroller replaced. Overall, not happy at all with our experience. With my son's terminal illness, life is already very hard and NSM makes it even harder and more frustrating as my son's adaptive equipment is needed to thrive.

    I called this morning with a problem.I was on hold for a while not too long and I gotta answer.The phone was answered by Kedjah and she was very compassion about my problem and took care of it in a timely fashion.Great call thank you very much

    If i could give a minus rating I would, these people are clueless and lie to their customers. Been waiting 8 months to get a chair repaired. First it was wrong codes entered, then lack of mechanics, then blamed my Dr, then said they were waiting for approval when I had proof of approval. Then wrong codes entered again. I had United Health on a 3 way call who knew it was already approved and they lied to me again saying it wasn't approved yet. Run from this company the worst in this business. They could care less about their customers and a few of their reps and mechanics are punks that treat you with ZERO RESPECT. Even had one break my lights then deny it. They break things to keep their orders coming in, put all scrapes in my fenders from bringing it outside and repairing it on its side on the cement, if you have to use these clowns, make sure Dave fixes it, most screw more things up and fix it poorly. Brand new arm pads put in with tears already in it also. HORRIBLE, SERIOUSLY, THE ABSOLUTE WORST..EVER!!!!! READ THE COMMENTS BELOW, I don't believe anyone could give this crap company a good rating. Must be desperate or relatives 🤔🤢🤮
