Spoke to corporate they were lovely, once transferred to Southboro branch, Steve couldn’t have been more useless. While yawning on speaker phone, told me he did not see order and maybe parts might not have been ordered. He was going to email the tech who came out, but he mentioned since it’s Friday at 1🙄 I would probably need to call back Tuesday! Lol. Obviously Steve is not a special needs parent! This is for my son’s bed and I have been waiting since March to get an answer. I called corporate back, again wonderful, they put me back in touch with “Steve” who disconnects me and doesn’t even call me back. It is clear to me that Steve, should not be in customer support or scheduling. It was pulling teeth! Special needs moms do not take NO well! I don’t know how people keep there jobs when they can’t do them. This is a very important industry to disabled people. Do better Steve, a child’s life depends on it!
