I called and told NSM I was paying cash for casters and bolts for my chair. Simple huh? Not at all. They ordered the casters, but not the bolts. Then they said call back, ask for remote, and they can order the bolts. I called, left my number, and they NEVER CALLED ME BACK. What theHELL is wrong with this company? They do not listen, and don't know the meaning of customer service. I used to be in this line of work....how hard it is to call wc customer service, give them my serial number, and order the parts??? SERIOUSLY??? Come on guys.....u know this is not right

I had new wheels installed on my chair. a few days later, as I was getting my dog back home after a walk, one of the wheels fell off. The tech forgot a bolt. Fortunately, my dad was able to get the right kind of bolt and washers at the hardware store and fix the wheel. But that's just lame. I hope that doesn't happen ever to anyone else.

They didn't return two phone calls. When I finally reached someone, they told me that they don't fix wheelchairs they don't sell. I got mine at Towson Medical that no longer exists. What am I supposed to do? It is ridiculous that no one is repairing manual wheelchairs. I have no brakes.

There has been a big change to how this company was originally ran. I never had the issues that I’m having now. There are huge wait times when calling. Finally get through and they schedule for a tech to come look at my chair April 6th and no one ever showed!!!!! No call no show and I stayed home and waited all day. It’s now April 26th and I don’t have any answers. This isn’t my first time being extra frustrated with this place. There isn’t any organization. People in wheelchairs already go through so much, I would think you would like to make your process as easy and stress free as possible. I have to chase people down to get services. I’m drained, tired and fed up.
