  They told me they were going to charge me $74 for a service charge and then they ended up charging me $111 without my consent and expect me to pay it. If you would have said it's $74 to walk out of the car before we even look at anything I probably would agree to it but seeing as you didn't I feel like I mean ripped off. So I'd rather burn the other wheelchair I have in the middle of the street then give you any more of my business

  Just got my new purple power chair from NSM! I totally love it! Trevor is amazing at what he does. He totally made sure I got what I wanted and it was the best experience of my life. I totally recommend NSM! Thanks Trevor 😊

  I can’t say enough about how helpful Trevor has been in getting my mom set up in her new wheelchair. He checked in with me so I knew he had been in to see her, he coordinated with the OT from Extramural and he returned a couple times for adjustments and different setups required. It was very much appreciated as I am out of province so I couldn’t be there each time they were in but I knew she was in good hands! Thanks again Trevor!

  I am in Nova Scotia and after hours of checking all local suppliers, I could not find the product I needed. The Halifax store did not have product in stock and referred me to Moncton. Got great service and had it shipped directly to me.THANK-YOU to CHELSEY
