- DBDon B6 days ago5.0Keith did a great job. Rebalanced the door so it closed flush with the floor. Showed me 2 cables on the sides that were rusted. I’ve had to replace them 2 times in the past few years after they broke during the winter months. Saved a winter service call. Adjusted the opener and explained the opener arm that was installed by another vendor was not correct and hitting a brace on the door eventually damaging the door. Adjusted a pulley wheel and several other items explaining why he was doing each step. Lubricated everything and said I was set to go. Very pleased, and now have peace of mind for the winter months Thanks

The night before I received a text asking for my commitment of installation for the next morning. Early the next morning I received a email introducing the installer to me. A picture and name of the installer. Also a phone call from our installer letting us me know he was 15 minutes out. Matt our installer was very professional, made sure the measurements were correct, checked the material he had, and let us know what the process would be. Once everything check out he re-moved the old door and installed the new door with all new parts. We are very pleased with quality of the products, but in the age we are living in more impressed with our installer Matt. Thank you for being a consummate professional.

John came to my home and was very personable and knowledgeable. When I called National Overhead Door Brittney talked me through the process and so professional and nice. Mike came to my house and did the installation of my screen. He was respectful and did a great job. He walked me through the installation process. Should me the proper operation and gave me pointers on preventive maintenance. I highly recommend National Overhead Door
