They are thorough and explain everything that they are doing. they go above and beyond by checking your fire alarms and your gas lines and to see if you have smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. They take pictures of your fireplace and explain to you if you need any thing further done. I would definitely recommend this company. Most of them who work for the company used to be firefighters or still our firefighters
