  Jesse was great. I’ve always found NETR techs to be really knowledgeable. An issue I’ve observed with NETR, separate from techs, is that the whole communication aspect with the office has gone downhill. No human to talk to at NETR, the call goes to a scheduling company. Also much more time consuming.

  Jessy is very professional, gave us educational information we needed to make a decision. He put silicon onto the walls where pipes penetrate to protect the opening. And tape where condensation was dripping. Also looked at other places and offered solutions and a quote for us. Thank you!

  Dave and Tony came out to my house and did an inspection of my mini split system and my plumbing. They were very thorough and found a few things that needed some attention. They sent me quotes for all of the work the same day. They were very knowledgeable and professional. My next step is to put the work out on bid and see how competitive their pricing is.

  This review is for an annual maintenance done in September 2025 for mini splits by Daniel Ruiz. He arrived on time, neat and very thorough. Made sure to wear booties inside the house and communicated well with us. He made sure everything was working perfectly and draining properly through our gutters. The one year old compressor had some insulation already splitting so he taped and secured it with some zip ties and took photos of the 12 year old compressors’ insulation that is disintegrating to get a quote to replace. Awaiting company to respond. Daniel is very experienced and highly recommend him.

  The company has sent technicians to my home three times since July, yet the water leaking issue caused by an incorrect machine installation is still not resolved. This ongoing problem has already led to significant damage to my ceiling and insulation, creating both financial costs and emotional stress for my family. To make matters worse, my calls and messages have not been returned, which has been extremely frustrating. I need this addressed urgently. Please call me back so we can work toward a permanent solution — I would much prefer to resolve this directly with your team.
