  I have always dreamt of owning a pool and I was finally able to achieve that dream thanks to My Pool and Patio! The first person I met was Mitchell, my sales consultant. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he took a genuine interest in helping us select the pool that best fit our needs. He has been with us every step of the way. Once Mitchell had the pool ordered, I also started working with Zach and Shaq as the project went along. They were always there to answer all questions throughout. Then there was Eric and his team, who installed the pool and equipment. They brought a lot of fun to the project. Thanks to Travis, who made multiple stops at my house to help and answer any questions. Lastly, thanks to Tony the owner of My Pool and Patio. He personally came to my home and taught me everything I needed to know about my new pool. I truly enjoyed working with everyone at My Pool and Patio and plan to continue to use them for the opening and closing of my pool. Thanks again for helping make my dream come true!

  My wife and I met Mitchell Frederick at the Home Show in Louisville, Ky. He is a salesman for My Pool and Patio in LaGrange, Ky., but he turned out to be much more than that. We ended up purchasing a 14' X 29' fiberglass pool from them with concrete work and landscaping. Mitchell was with us the whole way. He was the Project Manager, the Construction Manager and the Service Manager (even though there were other employees assigned to those roles.) Anytime we had a question or a problem we always ended up talking to Mitchell and he would make sure that it was taken care of to our satisfaction. If you buy a pool from them I strongly suggest that you ask for Mitchell as your salesman...We are thoroughly enjoying our pool and the guys that did the actual physical work did a fantastic job-thanks to Eric and his crew for their hard work.

  Working with My Pool and Patio has been a fantastic experience for our first pool. Our sales rep, Mitchell Frederick, went above and beyond from start to finish. He guided us through every step of the pool design and installation, helping us make smart choices that fit our needs and budget. The onsite team was incredible, from laying out the area, dropping the pool, and constant follow-up. They even worked in the snow! It was amazing. Even after the project was complete, Mitchell continued to be a steady source of support—making sure we know how to properly maintain and care for our pool long term. His expertise and genuine care, as well as the whole team at My Pool and Patio made the process easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend Mitchell and the entire My Pool and Patio team!

  We contracted with My Pool and Patio after talking to several other pool dealers in the area. Everyone at My Pool and Patio from the owner, sales staff, and construction staff were professional and courteous. They took a lot of time to answer our questions and address any concerns. I can say that this was a great investment for us. We have enjoyed the pool and extra time with family and friends so much. Highly recommend working with My Pool and Patio!

  We had a great experience with My Pool and Patio and the installation of our pool. The initial and follow up consultations were informative and helpful. They worked on the design and made it exactly what we had in mind. The installation team was professional and efficient. We had an ongoing issue with our waterfall but the team came out every time and worked on it until it was fixed to our satisfaction. A special shout out to Branson for his patience and professionalism while on property. He also did an amazing job with our pool school session. Thank you to everyone for the great service. We will enjoy this pool so much!
