  It was obvious to my wife and I that Mike understands home water issues inside and out. He found multiple issues with our water heater and water softener and knew exactly how to resolve all of them. We feel that he was honest.

  Our water heater was leaking. They got us an appointment quickly and gave good advice. They recommended we replace the water heater since the part we needed to replace was so expensive and our water heater was older. It was well past it's warranty coverage. They replaced it quickly and even fixed the water pressures problem in our house.

  I had an extremely, leaky manablock and I needed a main shut off valve replaced. I expected to have a consultation, with a later repair(few days to a week). That didn’t happen. Jordan and Spencer, showed up two hours early and had everything done, by 6:30 pm. He’s first on the call list for the complex, now. So happy to have my leak fixed and very impressed with their work.

  My son put a plastic coin down my bathtub drain. Jordan came and got it out. Also made sure nothing else was down there. Very proffesional and efficient. I will call them to take care of my plumming needs from now on.
