  DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! I was quoted an amount to start with and ended up being charged almost TRIPLE the price!!!! Very RUDE AND NASTY people and HORRIBLE customer service. I am absolutely speechless on how this place is. AGAIN DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. You will be gouged on a dang dog haircut! Just save your money and take them somewhere better than this or do it yourself!

  DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE! I was quoted an amount for a haircut for my dog when I called and explained the type of hair and breed she was. Even after we got there it was never communicated that the prices would be more than quoted. I added a package on so I anticipated a little extra cost. I pick her up and the price was almost triple what I was quoted. I called the next day to try to explain how I felt about it and I was told I can bring her back and get 50% of my money back and have her shaved to the skin like she should’ve been for how bad she was!!! Very RUDE AND NASTY people and HORRIBLE customer service. I am absolutely speechless on how this place is. AGAIN DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. You will be gouged on a dang dog haircut! Just save your money and take them somewhere better than this or do it yourself!

  Place is very overpriced been coming here for 3 years. And was charged $100 for my teacup Yorkie to get groomed plus the expectation of a tip. Don’t waist your money here! The worker also wanted to argue the price claiming it’s standard because they needed two people. Thats a skill issue needing two people for a 4 pound dog.

  Highly recommend! We had a great first experience bringing our 8-year-old German Shepherd here for her first grooming. Everyone we spoke with on the phone was so helpful and kind, which really put us at ease since we were a little nervous. Our dog came back looking, smelling, and feeling great! We were so impressed with the attention and care she received, and the pricing was very reasonable. We'll definitely be back!
