  Spencer and Brent were fantastic from first call to completed job. Brent was on site on time, very personable and was so pleasant even as it related to our sometimes“intimidating” pets (my words only). He was so nice to them. We had extremely dirty carpet because of said pets and elapsed time since last cleaning. We had interior paint spilled on the carpet, pet stains (visible and olfactory), and others. He treated those stains and beat them ALL. I asked to see the water when he was done-it was as I suspected. Ick. Not once did he make me feel awful when it would have been easy to pass judgement. Have already recommended them to others.

  This was the best experience in the worst situation. I had a home suffer water damage while I was away. Insurance handled most, but we met Spencer when wanting to have the wall in our basement bathroom checked for mold. We sold the house (on contract) and the purchaser didn’t run a dehumidifier in the garage. Mold took hold and they asked us to cover the cost. Spencer gave us amazing service and was extremely gracious with the purchasers who suddenly wanted to be the decision makers when I was the contracted customer. They were very hard on the trades who tried to do the work. So many headaches heartaches and so much drama… and this team handled it all professionally, and communicated so well with me not being local. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with this type of situation. Please ignore the one star review posted by the then almost owner of my house who cost me so much and treated everyone so poorly. It is chock full of lies (we never had mold remediation in the garage before 9 months ago and lived there 9 years with no issues)… and the remediation was done properly. Whatever this new owner is doing that’s causing this issue is not the fault of Mustang Disaster Cleanup. They are amazing!

  Reply: You have not maintained contact, been professional or any of what you stated! If I am not a client then why did I have to sign paperwork!? I do not normally leave negative reviews! I have given this company a chance to fix things, but they refuse and since they do not want to make things right i think it is important to share so maybe someone else can avoid the heartache and pain we have been put through. My overall experience with this company was absolutely horrible! From the moment they showed up their communication was horrible, there was multiple things not communicated, and many things they needed to do that they were not going to until I brought up that they needed to. We did not receive final paperwork with mold ratings. This company has been to this residence 4-5 times to fix the same issue. 9 months from the last time and mold is back. We were told many things that they never did like cleaning and taking care of the objects that were in the location mold was found. The last day they needed to check one wall and drill pilot holes. They had packed up and were not going to do it. I told them they had to and they found a whole wall underneath completely molded and wet. This company is refusing to come back and fix what they did 9 months ago. On top of all of this their customer service with the following issues or questions has been extremely disrespectful! I absolutely would not recommend!

  Incredibly personable workers! They were communicative, thorough, kind, funny, and we were extremely at ease with them in the house. Will absolutely use them in the future. Thank you!
