  ⚠️ Avoid Aaron Hatt at all costs — or you too may find yourself dealing with police reports, insurance claims, and civil action over something as simple as filling a dumpster too full. Being a US Army Veteran, its unreal to see someone who boasts about first responder, military, and EMS discounts only to treat a a prior service member this way. I rented about four dumpsters from Aaron, thousands of dollars paid, but on the last dumpster he picked up today, things took a very disturbing turn. As another reviewer mentioned before me, if you look at the other 1 star review, Aaron completely lost his composure. He called me and said that since my dumpster was too heavy for his winch, I could either have it dumped in place or remove some material. I asked for it to be dumped in place and he proceeded to drag the entire dumpster across my entire driveway taking it from the back of the home, to the front of the home scattered 50 feet damaging my property along the way. What followed was unacceptable. Aaron sent me continuous threatening and disrespectful text messages, including: Stating that if he had picked up the dumpster Sunday (which he could not, due to three flat tires), he “would be getting bailed out of jail this morning” and that I should "count my blesssings" because he was so angry with his truck not being able to lift the load, and it being to high to transport. He wanted me to come outside of the home stating “come outside and see how foolish” I was. Mocking that since I was in a meeting, I “must have some kind of intelligence past what was done here.” Claiming I “should not be operating machinery.” as if this had any fact to the matter. These are direct threats, paired with multiple points of damage to my property, concrete, trees and AC Unit. Steps have already been taken today with the local Franklin police, civil action paperwork and insurance company disputes filed as a result. What a real shame after spending thousands on his services.

  5 Stars ! Aaron was super easy to work with, he did exactly what he promised. Delivery of the 15 yard container was right on time and so was the pickup. Pricing was as agreed upon with no surprises. I’d highly recommend talking to him before you decide to go with anyone else.

  What kind of person talks to their customer like this really unprofessional please take time to read his messages to a customer. He has no business dealing with customers.
