  I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this store was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. The main issue wasn’t just the store itself, but the store manager. A manager should set the tone for professionalism, customer service, and accountability—but instead, what I encountered was dismissiveness, rudeness, and a complete lack of care for customers. When I approached the manager with a very reasonable concern, I was met with an attitude that suggested I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. Rather than listening and offering a solution, the manager brushed me off, offered no real help, and left me feeling completely unvalued. What was most frustrating was the clear indifference—it felt like they had no interest in addressing issues or ensuring the store runs in a way that respects customers’ time and money. A manager should lead by example, but in this case, it was the opposite. The poor attitude trickles down to the rest of the staff, and you can feel it in the atmosphere of the store. It’s disorganized, unprofessional, and frankly unpleasant to shop here.

  This store is an EXPERIENCE that I am glad we now have in San Angelo. SUPER friendly employees and great selection on EVERYTHING. There is so much more here than I would have thought. I plan to go back as often as I can.

  Well organized and great selection on any farm, home or ranch need. Nice gun counter and clothing section!
