  I like this place. Manager in weekdays is pretty meeeeh. Diana could be better. The country blonde angel I see every once and awhile is probably the best thing there besides the gun, tool and clothing section. She is always friendly to my Australian shepherd and so are the other girls there. I love the fact that the employees are friendly towards dogs. That is is huge A+. -Steven Melick

  Karl, in the chainsaw department, was exceptional in helping me not only decide on which chainsaw was best for me, but also went over it thoroughly when I purchased. He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks, Karl. That Farm Boss, 20" bar of a beast is kickin' ass up here at 7600 feet. 😊

  Required to show ID in order to use your credit card, so that's fun. Nothing screams Customer Service like being treated as a criminal.

  Edit for response : You did not to take care of us at the store. We're not emailing you now. You earned the bad review. Next time take care of your customers before they give up and post a bad review. They run a fake, crooked buy 10 bags of dog food and the next is free. In reality, you buy all the bags then over time, when it's time for your free bag your account is cleared. They say, "hmmm? I'm not showing that you bought any dog food here before".
