  Placed my order on-line. Paid in full. Made the 100 mile round trip drive. Only to be told that they did not have what I had bought and paid for in the store. Their website said it was in store and it only took them 10 seconds to take my money... then I'm told that I should have called. So why do they offer "on-line shopping and pickup"? Waste of my time and fuel. Shop Big R.

  Based upon the Murdoch's website, specifically the store in Salida colorado, I traveled there to purchase some ammunition. Upon arriving, the ammunition that was supposed to be in stock, was actually not there at all. When I spoke to the employee working behind the gun counter, he said the website is never accurate. To say this is a poor way to conduct business is an understatement. Totally disgusted with this business.
