  This Murdoch's is exceptional. I like Murdoch's in general and have shopped lots of the stores and I must say the employees at this location stand out and go above and beyond. They are super friendly and always ready to help. I've had to do a few returns and also cancel an online order and they've been quick to get this completed. Their online team is also super quick to respond. I live a few minutes away and will continue to do my shopping here! I've shopped here for ag feed, dog supplies, bird feeders, hardware, snacks (Oh! The Old Fashioned Beef Jerky is amazing!!) and they have a nice selection of clothing and artwork.

  I bought a pair of Cinch jeans and washed them for the first time and the button fell off, thats never happened before with a brand new pair of britches. These clowns even with a receipt from 2 days prior wouldn’t even exchange. In this day and age with Amazon and many different options you’d think they’d juat exchange and stand behind the merchandise they sell. I’m not one to return unless something, especially clothing, unless something is wrong and you couldn’t even wear these jeans. On a whim i brought then to the Greeley store and they exchaged them with a smile and a hearty apology and thanked me for coming in. The Johnstown store is more of a boutique Murdoch’s than Greeley or Fort Morgan. Greeley and Fort Morgan know their customer base of Cowboys and ranchers, Johnstown has incompetent employees.

  Well, we love Murdocks. The Murdocks in Littleton off of Sante Fe is great. Not so much here in Johnstown. Sales clerk was so rude! Never had this type of experience at a Murdocks.
