  I called for a window capping estimate & was told the man would be there the next day between 8-10am. I received a confirmation Email. No show, no call. By 10:30 I called, man called back before 11:00 to tell me I need a handyman for a job of this nature. Had I not called, it was just being ignored. I deserved a call letting me know this & not waiting around for hours. Very disappointing after I read such good reviews!

  Working with Munz was great! From initial contact with Andrew for sales, then the whole team who took care of the project -Billy, Marc, Jeff and all the crew doing the work - they were fantastic! Great communication, great customer service and did an awesome job! Spent extra time making sure everything was right and I was satisfied. They made everything easy! 100 percent recommend.

  I recently got my mini roof completely repair on 10/15/25! Marc Haley my project manager was very helpful, friendly and courteous. I had a small leak flowing into my right corner kitchen area. I noticed before but didn’t realize what could be the damage. I had consultation with Andrew Morgan my sales representative, he was very knowledgeable and thorough what the damage was to my mini roof and the steps to repair it. The cool part of the consultation, he used a drone to show me the real time view of the damage on my roof. Everyone at the company who spoke with me during the process, before the actually installation was super friendly and had great customer service! I would recommend Munz to my neighbors and friends for roof repairs and installation in Philadelphia and surrounding areas! Thanks Munz!

  My leaking roof prompted me to find a roofer to make repairs. After finding Muntz Roofing on Angie’s, I initially met with Andrew O’Brian on 10/13/2025. Andrew walked me through the Muntz’s operation and durning the process, I had the opportunity to meet Mark and Dan, who were instrumental in providing additional information, that resulted in making my decision much easier. I agreed to get the TPO roofing solution for my house. The work was scheduled to begin on 10/17/2025, it did and the roofing crew completed the work that evening. The next morning, the roofing crew returned to complete the cleanup. This went well and fast. In addition, I found my cable service to my bedroom did not work, I mentioned it to Juan (Roofing crew), and he said he forgot to reattach the connector. He promptly resolved the oversight, and my cable service resumed. I found the whole process from start to finish went very well, and I do recommend Muntz Roofing for anyone’s roofing needs.

  My roof was in bad shape. While getting estimates I learned that the beems to my roof had to be sistered. This is not part of a roofing job and considered construction BUT Munz covered it!! Their price was seemingly to good to be true but I took it anyway. I am so very happy I did! The soffit crew lead by Fray did an exceptional job! A very artistic designed soffit they created. The roof you can see for yourself how rotten it was in the attached pic. and how beautiful it is upon completion not to mention I was losing lots of heat via the roof. The house is actually warmer. Then came the gutter guys. Emmanuel and his crew did an excellent job on the gutters. I wish I had a better camera to show you the completed job. The lead man, my direct contact Munz rep. named Ricky was always just a phone call away. He was instrumental in resolving any issues I may have had. I give Munz a 10, 5 stars. Whatever your highest rating may be. Give them a try. Ask for Marshall. He sold me or better said, he explained all that I needed and what it would cost. Good luck, hope you give them a try
