  Although I did not work with Jon Mull directly, a close friend of mine did, and their experience was disappointing. Based on what I observed, communication was difficult, and there were times it felt as though concerns were dismissed rather than addressed with empathy. If you’re looking for an attorney who is approachable, responsive, and truly advocates for you, I would recommend thoroughly researching your options before making a decision. It’s important to find someone who not only understands the legal process, but also values your experience throughout it.

  I have to say that I came to see him trying to get some answers for my case. He close off to listen to my concerns and since the beginning he set his response in “there is nothing to do for your case”. After approximately 30 minutes of trying to make him see my side of the story, it became too frustrating. He just lingered to say the same thing that he couldn’t do anything for me. Of course, he charged me $200 when since the beginning he could have said, I can’t help you and not had to charge me for an hour. I have to say that he even showed to be acquainted with my ex-husband’s attorney. I didn’t find any empathy from his side to my situation.

  After consulting with three other local attorney's I decided to pick John Mull, which turned out to be a great decision. John was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. No question was too small or complex for him. All his answers were very thorough and would make sure that everything was understood. John was very welcoming and encouraged for questions to be asked. All questions were answered promptly and would even call personally to give update or just check up on how things are going. John's confidence and very professional yet commendable demeanor gave peace of mind when dealing with stressful situations. John's paralegal, Rosemary, was a mirror image of John in regards to professionalism and accommodation. Rosemary was very kind and polite and was also frequently checking up om situations and is very quick to respond to emails and calls(usually within the same day). Having John and Rosemary as legal representation could not have gone any better. Their joint efforts helped change a very nasty family situation from actual living hell to paradise. I would absolutely strongly recommend their services.
