I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION. “BOOKED” MY TRUCK IN FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE, WAS TOLD “BRING IT IN TOMORROW ANYTIME IN THE AFTERNOON” I CAME THE NEXT DAY WHEN IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME IN THE AFTERNOON AND GOT TOLD TO GO AWAY “I DON’T HAVE TIME” THE OWNER WAS ESPECIALLY ARROGANT AND RUDE ABOUT THE WHOLE ORDEAL, THEY REFUSED TO GO THE EXTRA MILE TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! IT DOESN'T TAKE AN HOUR TO DROP THE OIL OUT OF A 1/2 TON TRUCK… INCREDIBLY LAZY AND RUDE STAFF… GOT TREATED LIKE DIRT, AFTER RIPPING PEOPLE OFF FOR YEARS AMONG OTHER THINGS, I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS CLOWN IS STILL IN BUSINESS…BOYCOTT THIS PLACE!!!

Great communication and even when I made a mistake they had me come back in a scanned my vehicle at no cost and said what I could do to fix it. Thanks Chris an Shawna really appreciate taking your time to help with my concerns and walk me through the minor fix I could do at home to save me money. Will definitely be sending my family’s trucks there again

He told me to bring it in first thing in the morning and they would look at it, but were busy. Got there and talked to Scott and he got me in right away, diagnosed and had my muffler changed within an hour. Amazing service! Scott was awesome! Muffler Man Mechanical came highly recommended and I can see why! Thankyou! Definitely recommend these guys!!!
