  A big shout out to Muetzel Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. I had a toilet that was installed a few years ago that had a broken flange bolt that anchors the toilet. They came out the next day and quickly determined the problem was due to careless installation in not leveling the supporting bracket to the floor causing bolt to crack. Quick service, very reasonable cost and extremely professional. They are my "Go To" plumber going forward.

  We hired Muetzel Plumbing in August 2025 to replace our existing water heaters. Shawn came out to give us an estimate. After we gave him our approval Jacob and Kristian came out to do the work. They were all very kind, professional, respectful of our property and did such a wonderful job we hired them again to replace a gasket-like thing in our kitchen sink which required removal and replacement of the garbage disposal. Again everything went smoothly. We will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend Muetzel for any residential plumbing!

  I am so glad that I chose Muetzel to replace my broken watter line. Their attention to detail was impressive. They were so courteous with my wife. They laid down protective flooring from the front door to the basement. They wore booties indoor. The boring contractor's machine broke down that morning so they hurried one in from another job and completed the job that day. Their communication with my wife and me (I was recoving from surgery at OSU) was impressive. Their removal of stones from the dig sight and backfilling exceeded my expectations. Thank you Muetzel.
