We worked with Richard on the purchase of our new washer. He was very knowledgeable about the product we chose and set up a prompt delivery that fit our schedule. We have used Mrs G's for all of our appliance purchases since 2014. They have a great selection and customer service is the best.

We are very pleased with the service we received at Mrs. G.’s appliance store in Lawrence, New Jersey. Mike Shafer assisted us through the process, including arranging for a price match with another local store, saving us $100 over the usual sale price. I would definitely recommend Mrs. G.‘s next time you’re in the market for a new appliance.

We had a wonderful experience with Mrs. G Appliances. We purchased a speed queen washer and dryer and have been very happy with everything. Our sales lady Stacy, Kenneth who assisted me on the phone and the delivery/installation guys were all very friendly and helpful. Will absolutely use this business again in the future. Thanks so much!

I brought my 96 year old Mom to buy a new washer today. Our family has been buying appliances from Mrs. G’s since they opened their Ewing Twp. Olden Avenue. We’ve always received wonderful, knowledgeable service and never felt pressured to buy. Today was no exception…..from the receptionist to our Keith, our salesman, we received great service. Mom’s new washer is being delivered in a few days. Thank you.

WOW....This is how you run a business. Clothes Dryer is shot...start doing all of my research on line. Check Best Buy (they did a great job installing a car stereo for me), Lowes, Home Depot, and even Costco (Love them)..... 98% of complaints are about delivery, installation, and getting a hold of someone to follow up with. I decide to check out a local appliance store.
At Mrs. G's ..phone is answered by a person (Matt) and tells me he won't be there when I arrive, but ask for Stacy or Ken. Stacy shows me everything (huge selection) and has me sold. I ask if they have any clearance items, and she takes me to the back. Large selection of appliances / floor models, slight blemish, etc.
Find a great deal ($800 unit for $576).
Explains the Delivery, Installation, and Take Away cost, and the parts needed for the installation. Stacy explains they use their own teams for installation and a local company called M & N only for overflow.
Delivery as promised. Jonathan and Bill show up ahead of schedule. Discover that my current system does not have a Gas Shut Off per code, and that they do not have the credentials nor expertise for the installation. Bill realizes we don't want the new unit in the middle of the room and asks where he can move it to get it out of the way.
I call the store for a plan B. Not surprised, but the phone is answered by a person again. Andrea. (She's amazing)
She tells me Jonathan and Bill had already called and told the office of the issue. Andrea said they use a local guy named Ken who can take care of this, and he might be available today. She said she will have him call. 10 minutes later....Ken calls and says that he can be there in an hour and a half and the cost is $225 to $250. Perfect, I say.
Ken shows up early. Crushes the job in a half hour / 40 min tops.
Carts the old one away and everything.
I honestly thought customer service like this was dead.
The thought of waiting on hold for some foreign call center to pick up my call (while telling me repeatedly on the recording how important my call is) would have killed me.
I'll never shop anywhere else for an appliance.
