I made an appointment for tire installation and an alignment. I gave the make and model of vehicle when I made the appointment. It was for noon, I got there 5mins early. Only 1 customer in waiting room and 3 employees working. When I got there I was told they can't do the alignment because their machine doesn't work for my vehicle. Which would have been nice to know prior because I wouldn't even have gone there. Then I sat and waited until 2pm in the waiting room. Only 1 other vehicle in the garage this entire time. 2pm came and I had to ask if my vehicle would be ready by 230 because I had to get back to work. They finally get me out of there at 240. Absolutely zero sense of urgency to take care of the vehicle and complete the task and just complete incompetence to even take the appointment knowing they cannot provide the service. I definitely will not be going back.

Had a slow leak in one of my tires. They got me in right away, found a small piece of a screw, patched that thing up and I was on my way in less that 30 minutes for under $30. I've also had new tires put on here. Great quality and prices are good. Fast service!

Car came in with transfer case leak. They put it on rack then told me output shaft seal which I agreed with. Cost $600 He went back under, decided ot was a dealer only gasket that wS 4-6 days out with a repair price of $1100 I told him that I couldn't wait several days and asked if he thought it would make it home (over 200 miles) he said that he was certain it would. He then stated that he would top off the transfer case and did so filling it with 1.5 quarts of fluid in a transfer case capacity of.86 qt.. After finishing, he presented me with a bill for a full differential service at $180+, $88 parts 70 labor and 15 shop fee. He did not discuss costs before hand. I questioned it some at the time and he stated that I couldn't have keys until payment. I paid and left. I brought the car to my mechanic and he replaced the output shaft seal full out the door $400. $10 common non dealer part available same day. Called today for a refund of "parts" and manager told me no way. So I paid $180+ for fluid that immediately leaked on to the Mr tire parking lot......thanks a bunch, Mr tire!
