    I got my passenger side tires renewed due to popping both right side tires. The guy at the desk helped a lot and got it finished in less than 3 hours.

    Dropped my car off on Saturday at noon for an oil change. Went back the next day to pick it up and the lights were off, doors locked, and my car inside the garage. The hours say that they should be open and Ive called several times with no one answering. Have called other locations and they have no idea why this location is closed today. Update: Went back today on Monday and they said they were closed because no one showed up. Umm, what about everyone who's cars are now locked at your business without a single phone call to notify them? The real kicker is that they haven't even started on my oil change for my car thats been sitting there for almost 72 hours now!

    The technicians were very nice. I got a great deal on the Tires. They completed the work quickly. But after leaving, I heard a noise and thought the bag I’d just ran over might be the cause. I brought the car to another shop this morning. They found the wheel weights on one of the newly replaced tires were placed incorrectly and were hitting the caliper, thus causing the noise. So while I got a good deal on the tires, I had to pay over $100 to fix their error.

    If I could give them negative stars I would but I have no choice but to select 1 star to post this warning to other customers. I have to say this was the absolute worse experience I have ever had when taking a vehicle in for an estimate and repairs. I booked the visit with the call center and received 2 text messages confirming the drop off of my vehicle, when I arrived at the shop the guy took my keys didn't ask my name name or anything, I had to tell him I booked with the call center and scheduled my oil change and brake assessment and tire pricing for 2 tires. My vehicle sat in their shop from Wednesday until Friday with nothing being completed. I called the service center again and they said they could not reach the general manager for that store but he would call me and when I did not receive the call I went there myself Friday morning. The guy who said he was the general manager stood behind me leaning against the tire display on the phone for at least 5 minutes, when I said you work here when I saw his shirt, he replied he thought I was on the phone even though I was ringing that little white button or bell to let someone know I was standing in the shop. I ended up being in there for 45 minutes or more, he said the guy who took my keys was off the previous day and they did not know what was going on with my vehicle, there was so many red flags here. The price of the tires were $250 higher for the exact same tires I priced at a competitor, in addition, the call center lady quoted my oil change as $56, but the store tried to charge me $160. They said my vehicle would be ready by 5 and when I picked it up I drove about 1 mile and every breaking system light in my car came on, there was a clicking sound from my rear left side and I could barely back my car into the parking space when I got home and I only live about 3 miles from this shop. I had to allow my car to drift back because when I turned my wheel to the left it sounded like metal grinding. Called the shop no answer, called the call center and still no one, my wife found another number and was able to speak to someone he took my information but the next morning the guy from the store called thinking he was calling someone else. After a short rant they agreed to send a tow truck to take my car back despite I requested it be taken to a different store. Again they called me on Sunday afternoon and it was for the wrong car when I got there the guy said someone must have made a mistake, of course I was pissed off because I drove there with my wife and immediately noticed my car was up on lift. The next day Monday the manager calls and says my car was ready the fixed the issue, when I arrived at the shop I was handed my keys with no explanation or paper work related to what was done or what the issue was. I feel like they robbed me and wasted my time and took my money for some of the worse work ever by a repair shop. This experience and place reinforced the knowledge that there are some shady mechanics out there. This was once a business that I always had good experiences with and confidence in but I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. I requested someone contact me and when I filed my complaint and requested a refund for the damage they did to my Challenger SRT and of course I have not heard from anyone to date. This was awful and since I still have to take my car to a competent mechanic for repair who actually completes a diagnosis of the issue before trying to sell you crap you don't really need makes this experience continue to leave a bitter taste in my mouth.
