I was driving from NY to WV when my tire pressure light came on. I stopped at the closest Walmart, who was able to put air in the tire but didn’t carry my size and were already super busy. They said there was cut in the tire but it seemed to be holding air. Hoping it was a slow leak, I continued driving on the reinflated tire. Less than half an hour later, the light was back on. I googled the closest tire store and this Mr. Tire was the one that came up. First, everybody was so nice. They were pleasant people. They took my info and said they didn’t have my tire in stock, but called their warehouse who did have it. Then they called the manager and had him go to the warehouse to get my tire. I almost asked if they could do all four, but after a very stressful trip that I was only about half way through, I just wanted to get back on the road. They took a look at my other tires and let me know they were not in great shape. I asked how long it’d be to do all of them and he said about an hour. We went ahead and did all four. My car was done in almost exactly an hour, including them doing an alignment at no additional cost. It ended up being $850 ish for four tires (19”) and an alignment. Ultimately, everybody’s kindness and helpfulness made what could have been a massively stressful situation a lot more manageable. If they weren’t 5ish hours from home, I’d definitely be returning to them in the future.

This is a rather convoluted account concerning 3 vehicles. We moved to Chambersburg Pa. In August 2024. Our previous mechanic was very detailed. We had all 3 auto serviced( checked out) before moving. Our #1auto was due for state inspection and oil change. A tail light needed replaced? Which bumped the cost up. Ok lights go out. July 2025 our second auto comes up for inspection.(was checked out by her mechanic in Maryland)Needed taillight and license light.ok lights out in a year could happen. ($ 70.00 labor for 1light and $20.00 labor for the second light) the clerk gave my daughter a list of things that were about to “GO” on her car, making it sound like it’ll not make it back home. My daughter paid the bill, took the car to her mechanic a week later with the bill. They were amazed about the labor charge and didn’t find anything wrong with the items that were mentioned. Car #3 was up for inspection in August 2025. I took in the last week of July.( the $40.00 oil change quoted me on the phone was nonexistent)and had the auto inspected. I was called a few hours later with the new sticker on the car.(Since the car only had 2000 miles on it, I don’t think they moved it) I paid and went home. The new sticker isn’t an August(8) but a July sticker.(7).Now my daughter’s car had an August sticker as well, it had a new August sticker after inspection. I’m currently going to a different place to service our vehicles. I’ll let you decide if you wish to use the Norland location for yourself. UPDATE::Took the auto to a different shop for an oil change. The mechanic said my ball joints were shot. The car shouldn’t have passed inspection. This also confirms my suspicion that the car wasn’t moved at all. There’s another up date review since this one disappeared until recently.
