I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with the service I received . I dropped my car off for a state inspection promptly at 8:30 AM. Not ready by 2:30 PM, six hours later, and my car is still not ready. This is an unreasonable amount of time for a state inspection, and the lack of completion has resulted in a very bad and inconvenient experience for me.
