  Very honest people. They will not try to sell you a service that you don’t really need. The car diagnosis is very comprehensive and they take the time to explain everything to you and answer any question. Their prices are pretty competitive and their service is fast and reliable.

  set up a tire replacement online the tires came in quick and the replacement was just as fast. I was barely in there for an hour for four new tires on an over oversized truck.

  My husbands truck broke down right in front of the shop, we stopped in and they immediately went out to troubleshoot. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy staff! Thank you again Mr. Tire crew!!!

  One of the few places in Jacksonville that I've found to do NC State Inspections for Tag Renewals. I did make an appt. Online, but arrived 30min early. I got checked in right away, they took my car in right away, Inspection was fairly quick. The manager at the desk was very friendly. No issues. Easy access, easy to get in and out of.
