  Years of loyalty and going to this shop repaid with treachery and dishonesty! One time, after we had our brakes done, the next day we went to Toronto and weird things were happening to our brakes. When I returned to the shop to complain, i was told it was no problem and certainly not their fault. Well... now the anti-lock braking system fires off everytime I press on the brake pedal! And they won't take responsibility! Ridiculous!

  Honestly this establishment is amazing. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, they will work out any problem going on with you and take their time to explain it if you have any questions. I had to bring in my six month old son, and they accommodated me knowing that that it was difficult having the child there and then they safely and quickly got me back on the road again. The older gentleman behind the counter was a genuine man who did everything to make my vist a special one. I would highly recommend stopping in, even if you just have some questions. They make the time for you. Thanks to the staff for busting out my vehicle and having multiple mechanics working on it at the same time, I haven't had a shop do that for me before. Thumbs up!!

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Due to the negligence of the staff at Mr. Tire, I could have been left with a vehicle with both a damaged engine AND a damaged transmission. On August 12th, I brought my Subaru in for an oil change. Instead, this shop: Drained my CVT transmission fluid without authorization and allowed me to drive off the lot with no transmission fluid. Overfilled my engine with an entire crankcase of oil and didn’t bother to check fluid levels. When I confronted them, I was told I “brought the car in like that.” The district manager was unreachable and only contacted me after I escalated to corporate executives and threatened legal and regulatory action. Only then did Mr. Tire agree to send my vehicle to Subaru, where it was cleaned up and inspected at their expense. This was negligence, dishonesty, and a complete lack of accountability. Avoid this location at all costs.
