  I would give Mr. Tire a negative 3. The mechanic told me I needed a lot of parts replaced than what I needed to charge me more money after I paid over a thousand dollars and they still didn't fix my problem. The manager Chris Grant told me to come back and they would charge me half price to fix it. When I came back the manager Chris told the shop foreman Joseph Reed not to do it. So I had to take my car somewhere else to get my car fixed. I will never go there or recommend anyone to Mr Tire.

  Guys here are fast and reliable! Brought my car in let them know I had to leave town by 1:30 they got me on the road by 12:30. Can’t ask for much more when getting your vehicle serviced!

  I was at the Mr. Tire on Providence Rd last week for an oil change. I had a Groupon and had never used one before. The mechanic, Joe, (I don’t know his last name) was super helpful and explained everything I had to do. The service was timely and professional. Just wanted to say thanks to Joe and the crew at Providence Rd. Thanks, John Arnold
