  We had 2 bad tires. One with metal chard and one with nail. They fixed both tires in a timely manner and all is well

  I would stay clear of these guys. Literally put the wrong radiator in my car after waiting a week. Gave me some excuse from 1972 about model year. Couldn’t figure it out with the internet?

  Friendly and quick. They had two options for the all-season tires I was looking for, so I picked my preference between the two. Installed same day without an appointment in only a couple hours and reasonable prices. Thanks for a great experience!

  I came to Mr Tire after discovering I had a flat. I was eventually told that I needed four tires rather than just replacing one because of the wear that was unevenly distributed on the others. I was not expecting to have such a large expense. The manager was initially extremely nice and seemed willing to try to assist with finding tires at a more reasonable price. He was able to do so only to find at the last minute that they were not available resulting in me having to pay the larger amount. He was not willing to check other locations but at this point in the day I was resolved to just get this completed. After leaving the tires did not feel quite right meaning they just did not feel as smooth during my ride. After a few weeks I was concerned that the tires were not balanced. So I called back and made an appointment. Upon arrival this same gentleman who was initially so pleasant became agitated that I was questioning whether or not the tires were out of balance. He was more abrupt and said that new tires should not be out of balance that quickly. He's mentioned that it could be multiple other factors but did in fact honor my request to have them rebalanced. After completion he was unable to tell me whether or not the tires were in fact out of balance I.E if perhaps a weight had gone missing. He stated that they just took them all off and rebalance them and did not try to determine if there was a problem. I felt very uncomfortable after this interaction and will not be returning in the future. It also made me question whether or not I was taken advantage of initially and could have in fact gone Elsewhere for a better price . Please note that I have been a customer in the past at different locations.
