  Mike was able to get my car looked at same day for my broken exhaust. He took me back in the bay to show what needed work on my car. Very honest and knowledgeable and basically saved the day! Thank you Mike!

  After having 4 new tires put on and my inspection done (which passed btw) abt mid June, on my way home that day my driver side rear entire wheel came off WHILE I was driving (in a 55mph zone). Since then all I've dealt with is absolutely bs from the top down, their insurance included. They had to order me 4 brand new rims and 2 entire months later of my car sitting in their parking lot, I was finally able to pick my car up it was not only dead but my car was unaligned and unbalanced. Do not bring your cars here or any Mr. Tire/Monro establishment. They could care less about their customers

  Took my truck here to get just an inspection. They told me my power steering rack was loose and that if I continued to drive it like that it could fall out while I was driving and I could wreck or cause an accident because whatever direction I was going was the direction id stay in when it came out. Told me to bring it immediately back to whoever did the work on it because I had just gotten the power steering rack replaced 2 weeks ago. I found out it was 2 bolts that needed tightening and would have taken less than 30 seconds to fix . So they had me leave instead just doing it themselves, knowing what could happen and never passed the inspection soley on that reasoning, which took me a week to even get the appointment in for. Now I have to reschedule the appointment and wait even longer. Not ok!

  I know I was a walk-in with a flat so there is definitely understanding there. But I dropped my tire off at 0730 and was told I would hear something back by the end of the day, even though they were shorted staffed. I heard nothing by the end of the day. I called back first thing the next morning and was told they couldn’t fix the flat—meaning the tire was not even looked at until the next day. I was offered a few options for replace but eventually told I could get a new tire the next day as a replacement. The next day I was called and picked it up. Thankfully I have an understanding job where they knew I was out of a car for 48 hours and couldn’t go to work. I wasn’t asking for a 24 hour fix, but don’t promise me you will look at it and then I have to call to remind you that my tire is still there. To make matters worse upon inspection my rim had a new scratch in it. I have curb burn, I am well aware and it is documented in my photos. This is not curb burn, this damage comes directly from the machine that pulls tires off of wheels. Additionally, I got my NEW tire back and was missing the valve stem cap. When I went back and asked for a cap I was just thrown any cap they had laying around. This cap was gray and didn’t even match the original cap or black caps on the rest of my wheels. It is just crazy lack of attention and care. I went there because I was in a pinch but I will not be returning. You are allowed to be busy and understaffed and I have sympathy for that, but to not care about the costumers you have is disrespectful.

  I went to the shop on Clinton Ave. Very friendly staff, thorough with explaining what they need to do to your vehicle, how they are going to do it, and the cost without trying to add additional work that is unnecessary like some shops. Had an emergent issue and they helped fix it the same day. Definitely will be back.
