  We hit a box full of something that fell off a vehicle that some idiot failed to properly secure and and ended up with a slashed tire. We had to run on our spare and stayed in Salem until the next morning and ran to Mr Tire first thing. They took us in and had us back on the road in an hour despite being busier than normal and backed up since a couple of other shops were closed for a long Labor Day weekend. They saved our bacon on our 15-hour trip home.

  They have always given me excellent service and complete them in a timely manner. When other things are found that need to be addressed, they always check with me first before doing the service.

  They were quite rude and im not gon lie i dont think id ever go back. Goodyear treated us so much better.

  My mother has been going there for at least 4 years, and has be very nice, as always, even bringing donuts for the guys many times... With that said, someone like my mother, if there's somebody at the counter that shouldn't be dealing with the public, because they don't know how to act and be a decent human being to EVERYONE no matter how bad a day you're having, without regard to each and every customer and apparently doesn't care about losing them. She's offended, and will not return. If you actually care, her initials are SM. And if you have a new manager, be warned, not everybody is tolerant, nor have to be, especially in the business world.
