  Would've given five stars if not for the scheduling call center thing. The service was great, if it hadn't been for the guy working the desk, (either Timothy or Taylor) we would've been much more upset. We bought a Groupon (which doesn't really save you much money if any) but called the number listed to make an appointment. The call center person said “anytime between 1-7pm is fine” so we show up on Saturday, two kids, two cars, expecting to drop my car off, only to find out they're totally booked for the next two days. I went back Monday, the worker was very accommodating, even offering the fire Stick for my kids to watch TV during the oil change. There just needs to be a better scheduling system so ppl aren't wasting their time, and the workers aren't getting overloaded. If I hadn't already bought the Groupon, I would've just gone somewhere else that day, due to the scheduling issue. The guy working the desk was fantastic tho, and has earned a returning customer, being authentic and great at fixing the situation.

  This is the worst place ever, I will not recommend anyone to go there for a brake change. I arrived at this shop at a about 11am they kept me waiting until at 2pm. Later on one of the employees came to me said my brake pads where ok and doesn't need to be change. He mounted back of my tires i drove back. The next day i drove my car and I felt like something wasn't right. Today which is Sunday not even up to 48hr that I left the shop, while driving on Dixie highway my back wheel on the driver binds I exit off the road to my greatest surprise black smoke was all over the tire am smells like a burnt tire. I had to stay there and call for a mobile mechanic.

  Bought a Groupon for a Wheel Alignment. Showed up to my scheduled appointment on 7/29/2025 at 2:00 P.M. at this location to be informed that basically all their staff “quit”. I work in the healthcare field and don’t have a lot of free time, so now I have to take to one of their other locations. How does a business stay open if basically all their staff quit? Why not call scheduled customers and inform them that staff is not available? I do NOT recommend ANYONE to come to this location. Find another business to take your needs to in regards to your vehicle services

  Ryan Scott was very professional and courteous.. I felt really bad for him because it was only him and a part-time tech. Ryan took care of me with the purchase of 4 new tires. And another customer came in with a serious tire issue. He explained to her on when he can get to her issue, and if she didn't mind waiting for awhile. She waited but when I looked up. He was putting on my tires, took her 1 off. Went back to mine and then did hers. We both left at the same time. When I say professional and respect for Ryan. I applaud him for his dedication and made sure that we were taking care of. So he can take care of his o'clock appointment that would have been longer. THANK YOU RYAN SCOTT

  First time at Mr.Tire auto services and got Tire install(4) and alignment. Technician was great and answered all my questions. He kept me updated throughout and done excellent work. I highly recommend! Will be my go to shop in the future after having multiple bad experiences and poor service elsewhere!
