  From ordering to take down, my experience with Mr. Tent was as good as I could hope for. The crew in Truck 2 - Matt, Sue, and Ralph - were personable, courteous, and amazingly efficient in putting the tent up and taking it down after my event. I enjoyed chatting with them while they were in my yard and just hope I wasn't too intrusive while they were working. I highly recommend Mr. Tent!

  Customer service done right! There was a small error made in my order (an adult table was mixed up with a children’s table) and I didn’t realize until we were setting up for the party. The party was going to be in an hour and a half. I called to report the issue and within a minute I received help and the item was replaced within 45 minutes! They absolutely went out of the way to make it right and did it so fast! Without such prompt care my daughter’s tea party wouldn’t have been as much of a success. Their customer service is out of this world. I would 100% rent from them again without hesitation.

  Mr. Tent was great to work with for our wedding day. The planning, set-up and breakdown was very smooth. The tent, tables, chairs and dance floor were just as we pictured. The lighting added an extra special touch. We won't hesitate to use them in the future!

  I worked with Mr. Tent LLC for our Fall backyard wedding. David is a pleasure to work with, and I was able to visit his location and understand the size of tables and see the color offerings for table clothes and napkins, etc... I highly suggest that if you want to host a wedding on private property, Mr. Tent is your vendor. They provide everything besides the tent, tableware, high-top tables, napkins, heaters, coat racks, and much more. If you have any thoughts, just ask, and he will help answer them. His team is fantastic! Thank you for making our October wedding a success.
