  I've used Mr. T's previously and had a decent experience, but you always get something different with Mr. T's. Here's some notes from my last experience: - they showed up 30 minutes late; no calls or apologies - head guy said they wouldn't be taking any breaks, but there was constant smoke/snack/chat breaks totaling about 1.5 hours (5 hour move should've taken 3.5 hours) - head guy was on his phone, lounging in the truck most of the time - I asked if they would take the fridge out through the side door, because it was the only one it fit through. They insisted it go through the front door even through I asked & explained 3 times. After 2 guys struggling to go through the front door and damaging the trim, they ended up going through the side door with no problem. - when I tried to talk with the head guy about it afterward to see if any adjustment could be made, he got in my face and said, "Oh, you're not gonna pay?" He denied any of my concerns. I'll probably use a different company next time.

  They entered my property to move one of my tenants on Jan. 27th, and ran over my iron fence. I contacted them after getting bids to repair, and they agreed to paying for the fence and gave the go ahead on the bid that was obtained. They have yet to pay the contractor I hired. Update 4/8/24: they have now paid the contractor, so we appreciate that!
