  Mr. Sombrero is a place we good when we can't figure out what else to eat. While that sounds bad, I don't really think that it is. We know that we are going to get great food and great service. They have accommodated our party sizes any where from 2-3 to 25. Its quick its easy and we know the food is going to be great!

  My family ABSOLUTELY loves Mr.Sombrero in Alvin! The food is amazing and the staff make your dinning experience even more amazing!!!

  We sat there for almost 25 minutes before our order was taken. They passed our table numerous of times. Asking for another basket of chips and salsa seems to be an issue. It wasn't packed at all. Just need to stay on top of service. Drinks were never refilled. I will give them another chance maybe a bad day

  I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant and will not be bringing my family back. We were told that our card was declined, so we provided another form of payment. Later, I discovered that the original card was in fact charged meaning we were double charged. When I filed a claim with my bank, I was told the restaurant is still insisting on the charge. I went back to the restaurant in person, hoping to resolve the issue, but was only given the runaround. They asked for bank statements and, after providing them, simply told me there was nothing they could do. This is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but refusing to take accountability and leaving customers to deal with the consequences is not how a trustworthy restaurant should operate.
