  Had the grilled shrimp and chicken rice bowl. Food was great. I also tried three fried wings and French Fries. The sprinkle a seasoning of some sort on chicken and fries. I am not a fan of that. Suggest no seasoning.

  My husband and I were visiting from South Carolina and saw this place. The food was amazing and the portion size was huge and the customer service was great. This will definitely be our spot when we come back to Jacksonville, Florida!!!!!!!

  Princess Kiya was very pleasant. She took our order, worked the drive thru, and served us. She gave us a lot if recommendations and we ordered the catfish. We got our food fast , 2 bog ol catfish filets and fries, and it was Good!!! We will be back!

  I paid $15 for a piece of fish and 5 hushpuppies lol. The flavor was there and I was glad that I could do grilled fish instead of fried. Portion could be a bit better for $15, hushpuppies are super cheap and 2 pieces of fish cost about $2 buying a pack of over 10 pieces is $11 at Walmart. Just felt a bit Ripped off.

  I've been getting the fried chicken trays for over a year now, and have only had 1 "bad" tray. With that one exception, Mr Snappers doesn't miss. Everything is fried to perfection every single time. Ive tried em when they open, at lunch, dinner, and many times, in the middle of the night. My food is ALWAYS hot and fresh, they give plenty of napkins, ketchup, a fork and some hot sauce. My order is always quick, and hot, even with doordash. Keep up the great work! Every other restaurant that has been in that location sucked. You guys are taking care of business, and I appreciate it. 🙏
