I did not want to pay bc I felt like the charges were completely unfair… but I paid it IN FULL. Bottom line. I needed work done. They completed the work. They overcharged me, and was nasty and disrespectful bc I questioned it. Not a way to conduct business. Work completed was done well, however, they charged me double for a hot water heater, and when I questioned it they became ugly and confrontational. If you stand behind your charges, do so respectfully, there is no reason to get nasty. I would not recommend due to such poor customer service.
