He assessed the job quickly, was very transparent on his service fee. In short, he unclogged the shower drain with his too, explained the warranty on the work if it got clogged again. He was respectful of the property, clean, and excellent with his communication. As a former teacher I understand the value of explaining the situation in a way that is informative and also establishes rapport with the customer. The only real difference was my customer were 12 year olds :) I highly recommend Mr. Ed's when you are in a pinch.

- JRJas RehalOct 13, 20255.0Had a busted water main called around no one was available as it was weekend but when i called ED’s plumbing , adrian arrived 20 mins later . He looked around and explain that hes going to use Leakage detection to see where is it leaking. All along he was very informative about what he is doing and what going to happen next . Once leakage spotted , he gave me quote about how much it will cost and on agreed amount and date , Edward and Adrian came back and they did the fantastic job and voilaa had a clean water running again in the house and also gave me 2 yeqr warranty . Best plumber in and around stockton . Will defo use them again if needed .
