I have been to Mr Bingo twice, MY FIRST AND LAST. You could not step in without being overwhelmed with smelling smoke. As I understand SC law public places do not allow smoking. How are they exempt from this law

This place was horrible! The law states that even bingo parlors are to be non smoking. Food is served here so therefore, smoking should be prohibited!!
