I go in for alignment and they took the screw off my lower ball joint and didn’t put it back on as I was driving out my wheel literally came off … they said it for surely wasn’t them but I kept catching Jake ( the master technician ) in a lie . He said it sheared off .. nothing was sheared off . I took many pictures . I don’t recommend anyone going here.. also they bled my breaks and didn’t even do that correctly ! There was still air in the lines and my breaks didn’t a function correctly ..

I never felt upsold and they even took the time to explain to me why these repairs needed to be done. They were so patient with me and not pushy, prices were reasonable, which is understandable, given they do quality work. This will be my go to place moving on.

When they identify that they could not help because the repair was out of the scope of their abilities, they referred me to another shop and did not charge me. Would definitely go back if I needed tires or something that they could handle!
