  Unfortunately our experience has not been great with Mountain Leisure Hot Tubs, Arden location. The biggest issue is lack of communication. 9 out of 10 times you call no one answers, if you leave a massage no one gets back, no one responds to email. I do not understand how someone can run a business with such poor communication. We have had our hot tub for a year and a half. The hot tub had a side panel that was broken after only a few months, the company still has yet to come and fix it. The hot tub cover totally ripped in half after just after a year and the company had the audacity to tell me that it was because people were sitting on the hot tub cover. Our cabin sat for nearly a year with no one using the tub or cover post Helene, so most certainly this is was not the reason for the damage to the cover. The owner finally agreed to replace the cover (which was only 2 weeks out of warranty) but it's been the biggest problem, taking alot of my time to even get anyone on the phone. We contacted them at the beginning of August asking for replacement and it is nearly the end of October and we still have no replacement. I highly suggest going with someone else if you are looking for a hot tub, you will wast your time here and get a product that is not great

  Charles and his team were top notch. We had some difficult terrain to navigate through to get the hot tub to its final location and the Mountain Leisure crew got it done! Great communication during the sale, preparation and install. Great service would definitely use again!

  Excellent service . Great rates and always available for your call. Treat customer as priority. I have used onel call spa service for 7 years at our cabin rental biz. They are AWESOME!! Charles the owner is a amazing customer service manager. He is always professional and works to get our tubs up and running again in no time.

  Charles has been working on my hot tub for several years now. The tub, like me, is getting old, and has had some issues. Charles is the only person I trust to do the work in a reasonable time at a reasonable price. It’s my privilege to recommend him to all.
