This place is not about the atmosphere. It's a little hole in the wall in the back of the gas station. With that said, the food is excellent. Everything I've had from them is perfectly spiced and prepared. I recommend it.

Just had the best momo in town at Mountain Bites Eatery! The Chicken Jhol Momo was perfect – soft, tender momos filled with juicy chicken, paired with a rich and flavorful jhol sauce. The sauce had the right amount of spice and made every bite satisfying. I also tried their Popping Boba Mango Lassi for the first time, and it was a game changer! The creamy mango lassi was sweet and refreshing, while the popping boba added a fun burst of flavor with each sip. This unique combo made for a perfect meal. If you love momos or want to try something new, this place is a must-visit!

I recently ate at Mountain Bites and it really reminded me of the food in Kathmandu! I started with the Jhol Momo. It was just like the momo I used to get on the streets of Nepal. The dumplings were soft, and the spicy broth was perfect. It tasted just like home! Then, I had the Chicken Chowmein. It tasted like the local chowmein you find in Kathmandu—nice and tasty with a good amount of chicken. It wasn’t too oily, which was great! Lastly, the Chatpate was awesome. It tasted exactly like the street food I used to snack on in Nepal. Spicy, crunchy, and sour—just how I love it! Overall, if you’re craving real Nepali food, this place is spot on. It made me feel like I was back in Kathmandu. Highly recommend it! 🌟
