Customer service was superb and enough questions were asked that Luke showed up with an alternate bracket in case he needed it (he did, despite my initial belief he wouldn't). Actual service was extremely quick, the workmanship was top-notch & you just get good vibes from Luke. Having worked with a neighbor-rec to mount our previous TV, I can assuredly state that isn't the case with every AV/mounting company in Austin. Highly recommended.
