Then we’ll discuss the hopes and dreams of the custom-designed home you are looking to build, and along with you, we begin to block out a footprint of your home on the site. How long does the design process take?
In the initial design phase, we're dedicated to working at your pace until you're completely satisfied. Typically, this phase spans around one week per thousand square feet. Following that, we move on to the construction document phase, where we generate the necessary construction documents. This phase also averages around one week per thousand square feet.
