  I recently needed the help of an out-of-State attorney to handle the estate needs for a deceased family member. As you can imagine, it's not easy to find someone you can trust, but I'm so glad I found the Mortellaro Law firm. Kim was a pleasure to work with, very responsive to any questions that I had, and always turned things around very quickly. She may have been a thousand miles away, but I never felt out of the loop. I'd gladly use this firm again or recommend them if you need legal assistance in Florida.

  After the loss of my parents it made me realize I needed to get my estate in order. Mortellaro Law was recommended to me by a friend and I contacted their law firm to prepare the needed legal documents. Mortellaro Law Firm made the process easy from start to finish. The case manager Sarah was friendly, courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout. It was simple and affordable.   Our family has used Mortellaro Law for their services twice in the last decade. The first time was for my father with his VA benefits and Medicaid. It made his quality of life so much better and helped me enormously with guiding him. Most recently we used Mortellaro Law for my mom and bonus dad.   From the original scheduling to meet with Mike Rodriguez, Esquire, to our case manager Sarah Kearney, it was an outstanding experience. The firm understood our needs and wants. Our future and the future of our descendants will be protected. From protecting our residence with a "Lady Bird Deed" to the creation of an irrevocable trust, the investment in our family was well worth it. The responsiveness from Sarah was outstanding as we had a number of questions regarding the different documents and Sarah took her time to respond to each one in plain, non-legalese language. If you are looking for a law firm to assist you with planning both your future and making it easy on your family in the future, Mortellaro Law firm would be the way to go.

  In taking care of the wife of an old friend of my family, I had to realize that she would sadly reach a point where her condition was beyond my abilities. In order to make sure she would be well taken care of I needed to acquire Medicaid as well as Veterans benefits that would supplement her income for her care. In choosing Mortellaro Law I immediately knew there could be no better firm to handle my affairs with professionalism, expertise and the most personable attention I could have ever asked for anywhere. The wash of relief was immediate! Michelangelo Mortellaro is exactly who he purports himself to be. He is knowledgeable beyond and has honed his profession in Elder Law to a fine edge. He has answers for every question and makes you not only feel at ease but confident that everything will turn out well for all concerned. He’s also down to earth and easy to talk to to boot!
